I’m Enio – a guy on a mission to rebuild himself mentally, physically, and financially. Living with ADHD and autism makes consistency a challenge, but that’s exactly what Momentum by Enio is about: finding strength in the struggle and building momentum, one imperfect day at a time.
My name is Enio. For the first 37 years of my life, I planned. I dreamed. I waited for the right moment – 11.11 because it’s a nice date, next Monday, next year. I rarely acted.
Then momentum started – first through photography, then through everything else. This blog is where I document the process of rebuilding myself in three areas: my mind, my body, and my finances.
I live with ADHD and autism, which means consistency doesn’t come naturally to me. So instead of pretending I have it all figured out, this blog is proof of the opposite: imperfect days, real setbacks, and small steps that add up anyway.
Right now I’m working toward two goals: running the New York Marathon in 2026, and exiting the rat race – building enough freedom that I no longer trade all my time for money. (There’s a third goal too. I’ll get to it.)
Outside the blog, I’m building a few other things: Stories by Enio, my street photography project; Frenchie Adventures, a children’s coloring book starring my two French Bulldogs; and Imperfect Paws, a clothing line raising awareness that every dog – healthy or not – deserves love.
If you’re waiting for your own ‘11.11’ to start something, this is your sign. Start today. Start now.
